Refund Policy

Pink Horizons Collective – Event Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Our goal is to be fair, transparent, and respectful of everyone’s time and effort.

Because our events involve advance planning, scheduling of speakers, facilitators, and technology resources, refunds are handled according to the guidelines below.

Virtual Events

  • Tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event start date.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to:
    hello@pinkhorizoncollective.com

  • Requests received within the eligible window will be refunded to the original payment method.

Within 7 Days of the Event

  • Refunds are not available within 7 days of the event.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may:

    • Transfer your ticket to another person (with prior notice), or

    • Receive a credit toward a future Pink Horizons Collective virtual event (when applicable).

(Credits are non-transferable and may have an expiration date.)

Event Changes or Cancellations

If Pink Horizons Collective needs to cancel or significantly reschedule an event, ticket holders will be offered:

  • A full refund or

  • The option to transfer their ticket to the rescheduled date or a future event

Additional Notes

  • Attendance does not guarantee employment, interviews, or job offers.

  • All events are designed to be respectful, inclusive, and professionally facilitated.

  • By registering for an event, you agree to abide by our community and participation guidelines.

Technical Issues

Participation in most PHC events requires a stable internet connection, a functioning device with camera and audio capabilities, and the ability to access Zoom.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that technical issues related to personal devices, internet connectivity, software compatibility, or user error are outside of our control and do not qualify for a refund.

While we make every effort to provide a smooth event experience and will share technical guidance in advance, we cannot issue refunds for individual technical difficulties.
