THE ROLE OF SELF-CARE IN EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP
Leadership comes in many forms. Some individuals hold formal titles or positions, while others display leadership qualities naturally. Regardless of the path, leading others presents its own set of challenges and requires intentional effort.
Before you can effectively support and guide those around you, it is essential to prioritize your own well-being and growth. Focusing on yourself lays the foundation for authentic and impactful leadership.
This session will emphasize the importance of self-care as a core leadership principle. Participants will be guided through a reflection exercise, encouraging them to examine past leadership experiences. This process is designed to foster personal growth and deeper self-awareness. To conclude, the session will give you the tools to create a practical action plan that will help clarify your purpose and direction as a leader.
